Seeking Playgroups in Muskego Area.

Hey M....welcome to Wisconsin! Aren't these winters horrible?? Your neighbor is right though...everyone comes out of "hibernation" once the weather gets nice. We moved to our neighborhood in February (2 years ago) and didn't meet anyone until April/May.

Anyway...my name is Sandy and I'm a stay-at-home mom in Muskego too. I have a daughter, Corrie Jo, who is McKenna's age, and then we have new born twins. You might want to check out the Mops (Mothers of Preschoolers)group at St. Joseph's in Big Bend which is west of muskego on janesville road (about two miles from Sentry on racine). They have Meetings on the 4th tuesday of every month it starts at 6:30. Childcare is available during the meeting they have speakers on different topics .I think the next meeting March 25 they are having a massage therapist come in. After the speaker the moms get together and socialize and do a craft and have refreshments. And they do play dates. I am also new to the Milwaukee area from the Chicagoland area. I have a 6 month old so I would not be the best play date, but maybe check out www.MilwaukeeMoms.com for playgroups? Also, check out your local park district for classes for your toddlers and to meet other moms!
