I am looking for references regarding an ob-gyn in the s.w. orlando area (dr. phillips) I am fairly new to the area, and would like a doctor who will deliver at Winnie Palmer. I appreciate any feedback, reccomendations (positive or negative).

So What Happened?

Thank you!!! I have decided to go with Dr. Peppy. I had one appt. so far, and am going to have to get used to the businesslike way everything is handled. The doctor was very personable, so I shall see how it goes.

Hi! I go to Dr. Marnique Jones at OB/GYN Specialists (right outside of Dr. Phillips Hospital). She is the sweetest Doctor! Knowledgeable, Personable, and overall, just great. I highly recommend her---you won't be disappointed!

When I moved to the Dr. Phillips area, I also asked around to find a new OBGYN. I was set on having a female, but everyone I spoke to highly recommended Dr. Terrence Peppy from Physician's Associates. Now we are set to have our second child in about 2 1/2 weeks and he has been my OB for both. I LOVE HIM. He is the greatest. And my husband loves him. You can't help but be VERY comfortable with him. And everyone I talk to (be it girlfriends or people that work at Winnie Palmer) all seem to love him too. Plus, he has an ultrasound technician inside his office, so you don't have to go to the hospital to get your ultrasounds done. As you can see, I highly recommend him!

I also live in the SW Orlando area and use Dr. Brandy Kim at Celebration OB/GYN. I really like her - she listens and will answer any questions you may have. Her partner, Dr. Mercantal is also very good. They deliver at both Celebration and at Winnie Palmer. They also have a very nice office right next to the hospital in Celebration.

Dr. Lori Lambert is wonderful and located at the intersection of Wallace Rd. & Dr. Phillips Blvd. I believe she also delivers at Winnie Palmer. Good luck with your new baby on-the-way!

I go to Dr. Lambert in Dr. Phillips. She is across from the YMCA on Dr. Phillips Blvd. Her office is very inviting. I have seen both Dr. Lambert and her nurse practitioner, Cecilia Jackson. The office staff is very nice and it is relatively easy to get an appointment. Good luck on your growing family!

Happy Mother's Day!

I'm currently seeing Dr. Peppy, but considering a change. I went in there after trying for baby #1 for only two months. My period was a week late, I was starting to have other symptoms, yet no positive yet on a home pregnancy test. He told me I probably just wanted a baby so badly that I'm either imagining everything or I had an early miscarriage, but did offer blood work. He did not examine me. When I asked how long it would take for results, I was told 3 days. I've heard that most women get results much quicker. So anyway, I'm quite upset and despite my previous awesome experiences with Dr. Peppy, I'm not sure if I can excuse this most recent incident.
