Dear S., My name is J. and i wear my hair short. My long time friend Cheryle , who is a licensed cosmotologist is the only person to cut my hair. We also have a friend that has Cheryle cut her hair whenever she comes back home to visit since she moved to New Mexico, and another friend when she visits from Minnesota.
