You are correct about the loss of control and bullying ("vaccinate your kids or else"). Your concerns are well founded...deaths and illness from vaccines do happen. See the latest on Gardasil.
I found the name of one Nat doc when I went to a home birth meeting a few months ago. He was in Wickenburg...but he may be near Sun City now...I have not yet gone or even called yet...but I will try to look up the info for you.
I am sure there are some regular docs who would be more flexible...but you may have to drive a bit more to see them. My fav regular doc treated new vaccines that came out like the drugs that come out. He would wait a few years to see what damage really happened before recommending them.

I am a Naturopathic medical student, so I am very familiar with alternative vaccine schedules. I have heard alot of complaints about other physicians denying care due to parents requests for alternative options. So sad! He has both student shifts and private shifts. We are doing an alternate vaccination schedule with our son through him. He is very good at integrating naturopathic with allopathic so you will get a nice balance of the two worlds.

He will be upfront and honest about vaccines and can offer you some homeopathic alternatives. I, too, was very concerned about vaccines and my son only receives 2 types. When my daughter is born, she might not even get that. Thankfully, my doctor backs me on this, though he does always tell me what he "recommends" he doesn't push me at all or fight me on it. Remember, vaccines are big money (did you know for one gardisol vaccine they give little girls, the vaccination company gets over $350??), so yeah, they are going to push them, regardless of what is best or right.

I take my kids to a pediatrician that does not kick me out for not vax'ing, they are at Tatum and Union Hills.. They have been gret so far. Phoenix Pediatrics. They aren't naturopathic, but they don't bully me to vaccinate...

Actually I am a Naturopathic Doctor and I do have a family practice in North Scottsdale. I completely understand your concerns with vaccines and unfortunate interactions with your pediatrician. Looks like you need someone new with an open mind.
