Hey there I am in Florida too!!! Been here for 7 years now.

There are a few moms clubs in the area... there is one called Moms Club of Warwick... there is also a moms group that meets at the Temple in Florida once a week which are a bunch of nice ladies. I believe its on Wednesdays but I have not been there in a long time. There is also Tots in Tow which I was a member of.. my youngest is now in Kindergarten so I dont participate in the groups anymore.. the library has a lot of programs that might work for you. Sports Fitness and Fun also has some mom and me classes. Sometimes the Warwick advertiser posts events, and the Florida onion sometimes has postings for clubs in the area.

Good Luck....

I live in Florida too, just moved there from Brooklyn 3 years ago. There's so much to do, esp. in the warmer seasons. You'll meet people in no time, believe me. Right now since it's colder it's a little harder. There's the Interactive Museum in Middletown, which is donation only. Florida library has a kids class once a week, my son goes there. And we've met the nicest people there. It starts next week, so sign up asap. There's a gym class at the sports complex in town. There's also a musical munchkins class

In the spring, you have the farmers markets where tons of kids gather and you meet tons of people. And there's tons of fairs and festivals.

Believe me you're going to love it! It took some time to get used to it but I've never met so many friendly people.

Also, check out the Find it in Warwick website and the Warwick Advertiser for listings.

Hi I am an assistant organizer of a Stay at Homes Mom group thru MeetUp.com. Our group is called Tots in Tow and we have multiple members in Warwick. If you go on Meetup.com and say you are looking for moms group it should show us. We do currently have a waiting list but look in to it! :)

Hi A.,

I am new on here and just read your post. I live in Highland Lakes, NJ right on the border of Warwick....and have an almost 2 year old (2 in Nov). I work full time and was looking to start a Saturday morning playgroup or looking for other mom's to get together with on the weekends for play dates!
Let me know if you are still interested.
