Seeking Home Employment in Baton Rouge, LA

Welcome to the Baton Rouge area. I live in Ascension Parish (Prairieville), and absolutely love it. I've been here for one year, and have been busy decorating my new home, etc. I am 42, and have three children. The oldest is 20 (LSU) the middle is 18 (McNeese State University) and the baby is 17, a senior at DutchTown. I had my children in my 20's, and have been busy taking care of them. I have always been a stay at home Mom, but I'm starting to experience "empty-nest" syndrome, and I too, am looking for something to do at home. I'm good with the computer,and after having been out of the work-force for over 20 years, I'm not particularly excited about having to go outside the home to work. I just want to make some extra money, and stay busy. My too oldest, are boys, and they are busy with College, and this is the last year for us to have our daughter at home with us. If you find anything out about home employment, please let me know. It's hard to trust things that you hear about on T.V. or read about over the Internet. All of these companies want "up-front" money, and I just don't trust that, unless I have many references. So, let's work together, and hopefully we can find something.
