Hi Ladies, I would like to start earning some income but don't know what to do. I would like to work from home, part time, since I have kids in school. I'm not interested in home shows such as Mary Kay, Southern Living, etc. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

The first thing you should know is that the internet is full of scams, only 1 out of 10000 sites are legit and paying when it comes to online jobs. If you want to register to any work at home job, i will suggest you to google it first with the word scam at the end of the search to see testimonials and comments.

You might want to know where to start with online jobs. The first thing i will tell you will be PTC or paid to click sites. They pay you, moms who are just at home sitting on the front of your computer to click ADs or online advertisements... so How do you start

I'm not into the MLM's and offers like you stated as well. I have ended friendships because of high pressure sales and attempts to make me feel guilty for not joining because "you are my friend".

Same goes for all those home parties (especially at the holidays).....just send an invoice and tell me what to pay.

Substitute teach if your children are in elementary school.

I have an only child (almost 14 now) and when she was in K (2000) I was at the school all the time volunteering. One day the principal asked me if I would like to get paid for what I was doing. I was not looking for an opportunity but this fell in my lap.

I only sub at the elementary school where my daughter went and to this day, if I wanted to, I would be subbing a minumum of 3 days a week. I have backed off recently because I need to tend to the business at home but I love being at the school, knowing all of the children and my daughter's friends.

Subbing does not pay a lot but it is a little extra every couple of weeks. I love being around the children and teaching. KUDOS to all teachers out here on mamasource....this is a job I could not do on a daily basis. You deserve all KUDOS for what you do for our children.

Just a thought!!

I did the whole Mary Kay thing---too much work plus there are sooooo many consultants that pretty much everyone has already tried it.

I did however just sign up with a brand new company called Qivanna. It is still in pre-launch mode.
It is a 2 system product for total core body health.
*Probiotic suppliment--aide in healthy digestion and absorption, enhance the immune system, helps maintain healthy levels of intestinal flora
*energy and vitality product--stabilizes blood sugar, promotes lower blood pressure, energy surge of 6+ hours, promotes mood stability, helps manage stress

The business side of this great. This new company is set to be a billion dollar company in 5 yrs. This is going to be the next big thing. Imagine the ladies that got Mary Kay started. That is where we are at right now. By getting in now you could really make good money. Anyone you sign up under you is money in your pocket. They estimate that there will be 500,000-800,000 people in this within a few years. Everythin is done by websight. You tell someone about it send them to your webpage so they can read more about the products, they choose to get a free 5 day supply, they like how their body feels and wants to order more. It's so easy.
I could go on and on, but really if you would like more information please give me a call or email me

How about starting in home daycare. Do a search on DFPS if you would like information on it.
