Hello Mama's

I desperately need your assistance in locating Miss Tiffany, she was working at the Willowbend Sweet & Sassy last year and has not come back from maternity leave. I would drive just about anywhere if she has relocated. We have tried two other girls at that location and also at Southlake...in addition to Cool Cuts and Regis.

We are in the North Fort Worth area but I have been driving to Plano so the drive really isn't a problem. My DD's hair length in the front is just below her ears... and has a new stacked type style in the back. It's quite far from the bob style trim I requested. Ugghhh it still makes me sick and bitter to think about it. She is only 4 the style is rather adult on her for my taste. I have seen the cut on other little girls and it's cute just short and not what she or I wanted. Her hair is fine but thick, very wavy on the bottom near her neck and straight/wavy on the top with a huge cowlick in the middle of the top layer. Unfortunately this last cut was a disaster leaving it scraggly in the back due to excessive un-even shearing after the hair had been flat ironed. The cowlick that was once sort of hidden by the weight of the bob is now extremely apparent with the shorter cut. Flat ironing and round brushing are not successful!

I would love to find someone who can listen & help us grow it out for a wedding this coming May. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, it would be very helpful if you can tell me what you like about the stylist your girls have. I want to avoid any stylist that uses shears to cut curly hair. She wants to be able to put it into pony tails and braid it... so growing it out is very important, as it will be several years before I can do that for her.

Does your daughter have curly hair? There is a place in Plano called Styling Hutch "specializing in naturally curly hair." We use Kris for my daughter's extremely curly hair and will not go anywhere else. They use the Ouidad products & a special Ouidad cut on the hair. Other than that, I would suggest, like someone else, to ask the previous salon where she is now or if she is not coming back from maternity leave. A good hair stylist is important, especially for your kids! Good luck!

Have you called the salon and asked if they know if she is working anywhere else? When my stylist moved salons, her old salon would tell people if they asked (she told them that was ok to do). She might have decided to stay home with her baby though. When my stylist moved salons she sent post cards to all of her clients to let them know where she moved to. The only clients she didn't notify are ones she wanted to "fire."

I know some amazing stylist but you're not in my area. Sorry!

Stephanie Roberts at Shear Reflections on Oak St. in Denton or Denise at Hair We R in Frisco are both excellent. I won't use anyone else.

The girl that cuts my hair is located in Keller and she is awesome. She will either come to your house or you can go to hers. She does not work from a salon anymore therefore she can charge a little less. Let me know if you are interested in her contact info.
