Hi M., I was pregnant with my first and had just moved to L.A. I was referred to Dr. Samuel Porter. I was very pleased with him. He has been delivering babies for a very long time he is extremely thorough. He is big on no extra weight gain. what i recommend is going in and interviewing him and see how you feel. I hope you find someone you are comftorble with. His is in the Larchomt area. Good Luck and congratulations.
The absolute best Ob/Gyn in West LA is Susan Cohen, MD, 8920 W Olympic Blvd., ###-###-####. She's very honest, very real, non-judgmental, extremely personable, caring....I could go on and on about her. She's very thorough, takes the time to answer all of your questions, gets to know you. Her office is beautiful. I've referred too many of my friends and colleagues to her, and they all rave about her as well. She once called me personally before office hours to say that she was delivering 2 babies and would not be able to keep her appt with me, and she apologized profusely. She then said she would come in on Sunday to see me for my (very routine) check-up! Even though I've moved away before she could deliver my baby, she's delivered many of my friends' babies. She doesn't just show up and catch and deliver like many OBs either. She checks up on you personally through the whole labor. Also, her office has free parking!! I'm considering making the over hour drive to see her again. I miss her terribly!

I have been going to him for over 20 years. He delivered my daughter Shannon. Many of my friends go to him. I highly recommend him!

i can recommend the best... dr. david kline on santa monica blvd near century city mall. ###-###-####. he is wonderful and many of my friends have switched to him.
Dr.Jay goldberg is the best! He is on Wilshire in Beverly Hills.
I love my OB. Her name is Anita Sumen she's near Cedars in Beverly Hills. The name of the practice is Beverly Hills Women's Center.
I have a wonderful doctor that I go to in Beverly Hills, Dr. Thais Aliabadi. She's located at Cedars Sinai. Her entire staff are very friendly and the place doesn't feel like a typical "doctor's office." She delivered our son with great ease. I hope you pick her! She's just wonderful, and board certified.
