Does anyone know of a good and inexpensive gynocologist in the metroplex? Preferably in the Watauga/Keller area but I'm willing to drive for a good deal. I don't have insurance and my current gynocologist charges $350 for self pay and I just can't afford that right now. TIA!

What can I do next?

Since you are in Tarrant county, sign up for the JPS discount program. Simply supply the info that you don't have coverage or the money to pay for your OB/GYN and they'll enroll you in a program that (when last I heard) will only charge you $10 co-pay. Later

You might want to check out AmeriPlan. They are a very reputible discount health plan, that covers discounts on doctor exams, lab, x-rays, dental, vision and prescription and more for only $39.95/mo for the entire household. I use it myself. You can check it out on their website and also look to see which doctors participate at www.DNShealth.net .

Have you considered the JPS clinic in Watauga next to the post office on Rufe Snow at Watauga Rd?
