Seeking Good Hair Stylist ~ Inexpensive Prices

In the past, I've always been a bit of a hair "snob" when deciding where to get my hair cut, colored, etc. I've gone to Garbo's and Salon Tino and such and, while I loved my stylist at the time, it was kind of pricey. Lately, I've been going to a stylist at Hairmasters. I know...it's a national chain and all, and I was skeptical, but my mother, sister and grandmother had all gone there for a while before I started. I've usually seen Lori or Sarah, though Lori is older so has more experience. They're at the Hairmasters at 108th & Maple, ###-###-####.

I go to friend for my cut & styling. She's located in Ralston and has a studio in her home. I don't know what she charges for coloring, but she does a great job on my other friends. Her name is Abbey and her # is ###-###-####.

I have been going to Jessica Hughes for about five years now. She used to work at Garbo's but now she has her own studio at Salon Gallerie on 168th and Dodge. She charges me about $85 for a cut, wash, trim, and coloring. When I've gotten updos before she only charged $20!! She is very experienced and has done this for awhile. She is in her 30's, but you wouldn't know it!! She is very fun and down to earth and "knows" all of her customers and does a very good job of remembering who you are, what you like to do with your hair, how "adventurous" you are with your hair, and just making good, friendly conversation. My sister is a stylist at Beauty Brands on Dodge street. She's excellent, and coloring is her favorite...she's really good at doing highlights and all that jazz. Her name is Amy Post.

You do not say where you live. If you are in Omaha, I have a friend who is a stylist and does an awesome job!! And her prices are reasonable as far as I am concerned. I don't think I have paid over $100 when getting a cut and color done. Send me a message if you are in the Omaha area and are interested in getting her information.

I have been seeing my hair stylist for about 5 years and she is wonderful. Her prices are perfect as well. I get my hair colored and highlighted about every 12 weeks so I need someone who won't charge an arm and a leg also. The place is in Council Bluffs and it's called Hair Express. The womans name is Christy. She is awsome! My entire family goes to her for everything and all my friends. Hope that helps you.
