I know there is a group that meets in a park in Campbell. They walk the trail and do exercises in the park. The group is called Stroller Striders. Looks fun! I was able to look them up online

I'm part of a group that meets either in Campbell or Los Gatos called Stroller Power. You can find it online with a calendar of events, etc. Also, I'm part of a mom's group that meets in all areas of San Jose and surrounding cities called Las Madres. And once you get plugged in to the group (they meet by the year your child is born and the neighborhood you live in) it's usually easy to find other mom's willing to work out with. I've also done a Mommy and Me yoga that meets in Los Gatos. I forget the name of the place but you can do it with your child till they are about 1, or mobile.

I have really enjoyed going on hikes with StrollerHikes. The program is FREE and mom-run. Basically they send out a weekly email with hikes and the names of the moms and babies who will be leading each hike. If you want to join the hike, you just show up at the designated place. Here is their website: http://www.strollerhikes.com. BTW - my daughter is also 5 months old and she really enjoys the stroller hikes.

T.,

my little girl is 6 months, and we're in Palo Alto. Can we pick a midpoint? Or swap back-and-forth?
