I am looking for doulas our other health providers that provide birthing classes on a private basis (ie not associated with a hospital program). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We used Davene Green as our Doula. She is on staff at St.Luke's hospital for more than 20 years. She also teaches the classes at the hospital. She does teach classes privately as well though. You don't say where you are located... In St. Louis, try Stephanie Larson, ###-###-####. She is a doula and a pregnancy dance instructor. I took her "dancing for birth" class which I'm convinced made my delivery easier. Below are her websites.
