I'm looking for children's clothing consignment sales. I've recently moved from Greenville where there were many held by groups (churches,Meals on Wheels,etc.) twice a year (spring & fall). I like to consign & shop at these sales.
Besides the Once Upon A Child stores (2 locations-N. Charleston & West Ashley)there is a 2x a year consignment sale called KidShop that takes place in Mt. Pleasant at the Omar Shrine Temple, near the bridge and Patriot's Point. It is actually taking place this week (Thursday, Friday, and Sat.) Admission is free so check it out if you have time.
Once Upon a Child will buy used name brand kids clothes, toys, shoes, furniture, etc. But be warned, they give you hardly any money for the item/s. Sold them an $80 kids climb toy that was used for a few months and was only indoors, they gave me maybe $15 for it..if that.
But if you buy there you get great deals!

In Summerville, on Old Trolley Road there is a place called Bearly Worn Baby Boutique, I have not been there yet, but I have heard that they are pretty reasonable. There is also a My House to Yours consignment shop on Travelers BLVD in Summerville as well.
