K.K.
We use Suburban House Cleaning. They are actually very reasonable and decent cleaners but they don't do linens. If you are stuck, I would recommend them. The best part of it is that they send four girls and are done in an hour.
My long-time cleaning woman has gotten ill and I am at a loss to find someone who is responsible, reliable, and really good. Agencies quote an enormous amount and I prefer a personal relationship frankly. I now pay $80 for each weekly visit including laundry and linen changes (sh does not do the kids' laundry or linens--just mine and my husband's). I will admit her cleaning is not perfect (baseboards not dusted frequently etc, but my husband and I both work full time and our house is pretty large so I've been willing to bite my tongue just to have have the basics done each week. Obviously I'd love a really strong cleaner plus reliability and a flexibility (eg, willingness to change linens if asked--though this is not a requirement).
Feel free to pass my email address if you can know of anyone who might have an interest. ____@____.com. Thanks ladies!!

Thanks for the responses. I got many, many emails in addition to the advice posted here. What a huge help!! I am trying out a cleaning person today and hoping things will work out going forward.

My aunt is retired and decided to clean houses in her free time, she's reliable and she learned how to clean from my grandmother, the best cleaner I know! Her name is Mary and her email is ____@____.com
My friend has her own cleaning service that I've recommended to other friends and family and they love her. Her company is called Household Hero & her name is Melissa Redkar. She can be reached at ###-###-#### & is located in Ridley Township.
I think you had a steal. I hadn't been able to get anyone for under $100 (4 bedroom 2900 sq ft house) and that's just for basic cleaning -- not even doing baseboards, windows, or ceiling fans!
I stopped paying a cleaning lady and made my kids step up with their chores!
