I have two recommendations:

1) Tator Tot Casserole:

1 lb. ground meat, browned and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 can Durkee fried onions

Combine all ingredients in casserole and top with tator tots. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

2) Alfredo Chicken Stuffed Shells

1/2 package Peas
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
Alfredo Sauce

In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.

Heat oven to 350°F. Pour half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of an 11x7 baking dish. Evenly fill shells with chicken mixture and place in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells; sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Hope this helps! Good luck.

A 100% percent guarantee that my kids will eat dinner is when I make anything from the back of the Bisquick box!! The chicken pot pie is to die for and the cheeseburger bake is great too. Very easy to do and basically any add ins you want to throw in just make them both even better plus making big portions of these are a snap and they freeze wonderfully for those nights you don't feel like cooking but want a good meal. Hope this helps.

I second the kraftfoods.com - search for a 'taco bake' casserole. It is a mix of taco meat and macaroni and cheese. My 12 month old eats it up!

My teenagers love this casserole and ask me to make it regularly (It's sooo easy), and my 4-yr-old eats it up too (my husband is a little mediocre about it - but always eats it - and the leftovers don't last long).

You could omit the chopped onion and use regular canned corn if your toddler doesn't like mysterious things - and you can add more cheese or none or a different cheese...I also add chopped green pepper but everyone might not like that.

I like A.'s tater-tot casserole, will definitely be trying that one out on my family!

Hamburger-Macaroni Casserole
2 cups (dry) elbow macaroni
½ small onion finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can mexi-corn
3 slices American Cheese

Brown ground beef with onion
Cook macaroni per package directions (until just about done)
Drain ground beef and add the 2 soups and mexi-corn, simmer on Low for 10 minutes
Layer macaroni and hamburger mixture in ungreased casserole dish
Top with cheese
Bake in 350 degree oven approx 30 minutes (or until cheese melts)

We make a Tater Tot Casserole that the kids love. Just brown 1lb of ground beef and spread in bottom of baking pan, place one can of cream of mushroom soup on top of the beef. Then add a generous portion of shredded cheddar cheese on the soup. Top it all off with a bag of tater tots. Bake on 350 until tater tots are done. My kids love this!
