I am considering Gymboree, THe Painted Penguin, ot My Gym. The guests will be at least 5-6 only...a small group. Any ideas, suggestions, reviews?
Thanks!

My daughter will be four June 23rd and we are having her party at Pirate's Cove in Elk Grove Village. We've never been but the Mamas on here all said it was fantastic. I know they have a picnic area so we plan to spend the morning playing and then having a picnic lunch and cake. My daughter is so excited to go to Pirate's Cove that is all she has talked about for WEEKS.
Good luck and happy birthday to your little one.

Hi, try your local YMCA. Even if you are not a member, it only costs about $30 more than if you are a member. We had my daughter's 4th birthday party in their Maze and it was great. It's about 1/2 the price of Gymboree and tons of fun. Good Luck!

You don't say where you are, but if you are south the Romeoville Park District has a place called the Jungle Safari. It is a blast. It is like a McD's play area but has blow up area, slides, rope ladder. It is very clean, very affordable (and you don't need to be a member of the Park District) and the kids LOVE it!

My oldest daughter just turned 5 and we did it at Pump it up. There is one in the city at Halsted one block south of North ave. It's on Eastman. The staff was great, all we had to do was bring the cake. They have a place next door that can provide food or you can bring your own snacks. She and all of her guest had a ball. So did the parents, b/c ypou can participate two.

We just spent the day at the Kohl Children's Museum and I am honestly considering it for my daughter's party. She loved it & I was very impressed with the place. If you have not been there, I suggest going for a visit. I think it would be perfect for a 3-4 year old b-day party.

Do you have a glow golf (mini golf) near you? If so this is a lot of fun. My daughter just had her party there and my son, age 3, had a blast. He got several hole in one and they got to place for 2 hours!

I own a birthday party store called My Party Palace in downtown Plainfield where the girls can come and have a princess party. They will dress up get their hair, nails and makeup done then be crowned princess and have a tea party. You can look at my website at
www.mypartypalace-il.com and see more. Or you can email me at ____@____.com to talk more.
