Great people! It is a small firm and very friendly.

They had a Family Law atty at one time so i would call them and find out what they can do for you.

Don't know that this is true, but it is my understanding that everyone in the state of Texas, that has been challenged in the court, during a divorce, has been thrown out of the court. They are not worth the paper that they are written on. If you truly have assets worth protecting, setting up a Trust would probably be a better option. A Trust is its own entity, and is protected.
