I liked the idea of the sit and stand strollers. Joovy Caboose has a triple stroller but I think for the 3rd kid they just stand. I only have 2 kids but I remembered seeing this on their site when I was looking. Hope that helps.

I ordered my triple stroller online- it's Norwalk brand and it wasn't terribly expensive (around $300). It has a back seat that lays down for the baby & the front two seats are small, but your older child could sit in the front seat. I think it goes up to 35 lbs. per child.
I was pretty happy with it - it fit through doorways well & folded easily, although it's heavy!
Good Luck!

Have you thought of using a double stroller (we have a Graco duoglider) and a baby carrier that you wear (a sling, baby bjorn, ergo carrier)for the littlest one? By the time the new baby is getting bigger and heavier, the oldest one will probably be ready to walk. Just an idea that is less bulky than a triple stroller.

I have 2 double strollers a side by side and a front and back seater. Email me if interested.

I purchased a Joovy sit and stand stroller for my 3 year old and 4 month old. It supports almost all baby seats, including my Graco one, while your toddler can stand or sit in it too. Although mine was only for 2 kids, I know they sell models for 3 kids. Not sure of the cost for those, but I bought mine online direct from the manufacturer for $119 on sale, but I know that Babies R Us sells them (online only) and Craigslist often has listings for them as well.
