Seeking a Good Daily Vitamin

I am 28 years old and think that I would like to start taking a daily vitamin. My mother has osteoporosis and I know that I need to start a calcium supplement as well, but there are SO MANY women's vitamins that I have no clue where to start! Anyone have anything they swear by that is very low maintenance and easy to fit in to your daily routine? I've noticed my energy is really dipping & I think a daily vitamin would help me out!

What can I do next?

Hi M.
Rainbow Light makes a good Basic Multi and a Woman's One a day which does the trick (for the most part)

As for calcium, there is a formula called Calms, get the cal/mag blend. It's a drink that you can take at night, very easy! It will easily digest as well. Usually we are calcium and magnesium deficient. These both should help you feel better. Also a working mom with two is stressful and can run you down. Get a massage to relax!
Good Luck, G.

A little about me. I am a grandmother and massage therapist & study for my naturopath degree, living in Weaverville NC

Hi M.,

I just started taking and distributing a liquid multivitamin that is terrific! It's a 10 in 1 formula that is a multi-vitamin and mineral formula plus:

It's a cardiovascular formula, stress formula, super antioxidant with high-orac, age-defying nutrients, an immune inhancer, an energizer, memory and mood enhancer, a digestion aid with pure aloe oil, a vision support formula with lutein and a bone and joint forumula with sulfur-rich MSM. It also has 650 mg fruit-veggie phytonutrient blend and has the four super juices of Goji, Mangosteen, Acia Berry and Pomegranate.

It costs $19.99 per bottle plus s& h. Dont' know if you are looking to make money from home but once you are a customer you can work the business for free. You get a free website, free training and support. Even if you just like the vitamins and you refer two people that start taking the vitamins, you will earn money. Once you have two customers under you, the company will start adding customers underneath you. In 5 years, with just referring two people, you could be making $32,000 per year.

The vitamins and the business are completely risk-free. If you don't like the product or the business, simply return the empty bottle within 60 days for a refund! From my experience with the product and the company I can tell you that I believe that you WILL like the product because everybody that I know of that has taken it, absolutely loves the way that they feel!

Hope this helps.. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or you can call me at ###-###-####.

Have a great day!

if your energy is dipping, you may be anemic. more than half of all woman are due to our monthly periods. i dont know ware you live, but if you have a wild oats or whole foods organic grocery, the wild outs brand of multi vitamins and iron supplements are great. they are gelcaps, so they are gentle on your stomach. and they are once a day. you cant take the iron and your calcium at the same time, so i take the iron in the am and the multi vitamin with calcium in the pm before bed.

I currently do alot of research in this area since I have a child with autism. Since we have been dealt this, I have done much in searching for natural everything. The main things you really want to look for is NUTRITION. Most of the vitamins in the store have harmful ingredients in them. You might want to check into a chiropractor's office or some organic health food stores to look for your daily nutrition. It is really important! I currently use nutrition from Nutri-West.

Hi M., I just saw an alternative care MD for lack of energy. I am now taking a vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin b5, and fish oil every day, as well as b12 drops (for energy). By the way she talked, there really is no quick fix one tablet on the general market that is the end all be all. I get all of my vits at the Vitamin Shoppe because she gave me specifics to look for on the labels. I like that store, you might want to check it out sometime! (oh and ps, I do take calcium w/vit D a couple of times a day, again, no quick fix!)
