Hi mommies,

I searched through some of the past requests to find a baker but did not one that offered "my little pony" cakes, I did not check every post for lack of time so forgivr me if this is a repeated request.

Please if you know someone or you yourself are a baker, please contact me. this is what need:

1 "My little pony" brithday cake for my daughter who turns 7 on Decemeber 6th. the whole party has a little pony theme, so far I have everything except the cake. I would love to have it ready on the day before (December 5th).

I have bought cakes from Walmart and Albertson's before and although they are pretty good, this time I would like something more elaborate and crafty.

Thank you so much!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

*****UPDATE********
I saw great reviews online about Casa Linda but I called them and they told me they don't make cakes with designs protected by copyright such as my little pony.
Please any other suggestions are super welcome, I still have time to shop around, the cake is for December the 5th. I'm doing my own research too but I prefer to find someone referred by another mom,
Thanks!

How about having Casa Linda make a cake with a corral in the My little pony colors, then put your own ponies in the corral - then she could keep them.........just another thought.............I don't know where you live but Casa Linda Bakery on Garland Road in East Dallas makes awesome goodies.......they used to make special orders and I am guessing they still do.......good luck in your search!

You are probably going to have a hard time finding a professional baker who can do a specific theme protected by copyright laws, but one work-around is that they can make a cake and you have to buy the pony characters separately and top the cake yourself. That way they're not selling you the brand for profit.

Hope that helps a bit!

Try www.jaynescakes.com - I ordered my son's first b-day cake from her - she made the top of the cake look JUST like my dog! And it tasted incredible - and her prices are great! She can probably do something for you.
