I need a running class or Bootcamp that Either starts at 5am or preferably around 9:30 am. I've checked Run On Coppell, Coppell Parks/ Rec and Northlake. Where else should I look?

What can I do next?

I second Lifetime Fitness. They have Run clubs and Boot camps at most locations. I go to the Plano one and have run with their club and also cycled with their cycle club for years.

My husband and some of my friends participate in the "Run Club" group class that is offered at Lifetime Fitness in North Dallas (Frankford and Trinity Mills). They do both outside runs and indoor training depending on the day of the week. They all love it!

They have numerous classes all over the DFW area. I've been going for 18 months now. The instructors are awesome. They have beginner and advanced classes.
