There are some nice rental houses in the Camelot neighborhood in North Garland. It's in Richardson Independent School District. The neighborhood is at Jupiter and Arapaho.
Go online to dfwrent.com renthouses.com... google renting websites, my fiance and i are looking in the same area & we've found some good places but we aren't moving until july :( ... lots of the websites have good pictures & videos too! Or call any realtors that you know! THey know of houses for rent also! Or since its getting pretty outside go drive around... Good luck!
I always use Craigslist.org if we're looking because I like seeing pics of the houses before doing the drive.
If they do not have pics ask the owner if they can send you some via email and the majority can.
