I have a wonderful pediatrician at the Children's Clinic in Pasadena, but the office/nursing staff leave much to be desired. I've tried to research other practices online (ie. Rose City Pediatrics), but many of the reviews are similar: excellent doctors, rude front office staff, curt nurses. I guess good doctors = popular = busy = rude staff = overworked/brisk nurses. Is there anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley that breaks this formula? All referrals welcome! Thanks!

I go to Sierra Springs Family Wellness in Pasadena. I see a Family DR. Dr. Orreggio. Dr johnson is good too. They are wonderful there. Almost as amazing as my former doctor in San Francisco. I have been very happy with their care. It is also nice to go to a family doctor instead of going in and always having sick kids there. Their office staff is so sweet and always make my son and I feel special.
Dr. Kenneth Huang in Arcadia. He is wonderful, I hardly ever a wait and his nurse's are very sweet.
If you're willing to drive to Glendale, we have the most fantastic pediatrician, with an excellent staff. The office is Glendale Pediatrics on Chevy Chase, next to Glendale Adventist Hospital. We use Dr. Feuille, but have tried the other doctors as well when we had urgent same day needs for a doctor visit, and I have been extremely happy with every single doctor there! They are so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and respectful. All of the office staff is very nice and highly competent. They have a fantastic nurse on duty just to answer questions on the phone. I could go on and on about how thrilled I am with them!
By the way, they're an easy drive from Pasadena, as they're just off the freeway, at the 134 and the 2.

Try Huntington Medical Foundation Pediatrics in Pasadena on California Blvd.###-###-####--All the doctors are awesome. Front staff is kind and the nurses are wonderful! (Especially nurse Cathy). The waiting room is cute and clean and I have ALWAYS had a good experience with all 3 of my kids. I think you will find what you're looking for here.
I also highly recommend Glendale Peds. Compassionate nurses, kind and efficient front staff, wonderful doctors. I frequently call with questions to see if appt is necessary, and the nurses call back promptly with questions of their own to determine best advice (come in today vs hold off and try this or that in the meantime.
I take my son to Rose City Pediatrics and I have been happy with the office staff.
yikes run from Rose City Pediatrics..i left there also rude office help..once we were 5 minutes late and they made my sick son and i wait til all the other patients had seen our doc..and the last time we went our doc seemed to be having a breakdown or a bad day and was HIDEOUS to my son..he grabbed him and was being mean to him ..why? because my son was excited to see him ..exclaimed HI DOCTOR!! and he immediately grabbed him..needless to say..won't be going back there ever again!
there is a doc's office that i'm going to look into on Del Mar or maybe it's California off Raymond..we met w/ a female doc there a long time ago and since she didn't have kids of her own we decided to go to Rose City..now i want to go back to her..i'm going to look into that this week...just going to walk in b/c i can't remember her name sorry to be so vague but wanted to warn u about RCP
I have been extremely happy with our doctor for 3yrs now with no problems from the office staff. Doctors Powell and Schlundt at Rose City Pediatrics are great. We love them!!!
