Recommendation for Lead-free Dinnerware Needed

We're running out of uncracked plates. Every time I start to buy a replacement set, I google the brand and discover that it tests positive for lead. Please let me know which brands of dinnerware you trusted to be lead-free. I'm hoping for something for every day use in a household with a young grade-schooler. Thanks!

So What Happened?

Thanks everyone for the recs! I am going with Corelle probably. I was able to examine several sets at Target yesterday. Although I didn't see a print I like yet, the feel of the plates and bowls was perfect.
I really appreciate all of the input!

There is always corelle...
I have a set of metal plates that I've had forever. Those are great! Made in the USA. You can find them in the camping section.
I have a set of melamine sandwich plates for lunch or a quick dinner.
I have a set of plain white dishes from Williams Sonoma. I replace them as I break them or chip them with singletons from the outlet store. I don't use these as often as I use the metal or melamine, though...
I have 2 sets of china - Wedgewood and a set of Villeroy and Boch. Love these!

Well I use "Hotel Collection Bone China" from Macy's.. It looks a lot like my "Wedgwood White."

Bone China is way more durable than any pottery. Does not contain lead. It has a glass glaze.

It has a high glaze, so it can go in the microwave and dishwasher and will last a whole lot longer than any pottery. No chips cracks or crazing.

I purchase it from Macy's when they have those great sales and coupons..

I also like Cafeware. It also has a glass glaze, but it is heavier so harder for little kids to carry..
I was a China Crystal Silver Buyer.. along with other home goods and I promise, bone china is so strong, the Wedgwood company shows their teacups with a Rolls Royce perched on top of them.

Corelle! Love it...doesn't break and if it does they will replace it. You can microwave it and use in the dishwasher (unlike melamine). And there are so many updated patterns and shapes now. I replaced all my kid stuff with Corelle.

We use Corelle for everyday and our daughter just bought her first set of Corelle for her new condo. Love it.

Other than that, our formal dinnerware is Wedgewood China.

Fiesta Ware is the best and comes in fun colors. It's lead free and made in the USA too. Kohl's, Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond (maybe) carries it and they sometimes have good sales.

We got Corelle when we got married 15 years ago. Not one plate, bowl or coffee cup has broken. The drinking glasses did not survive though.

I just ordered a set of white dishes from HF Coors out in Arizona. Made in the USA and lead-free! They make a restaurant grade dish, too, so their dishes are meant to be durable. The prices weren't as cheap as the Walmart stuff but they weren't bad either.

Go to the source, like this:

You can often order custom plates with your choice of glaze, even clay.

Fiestaware is lead free, as is IKEA dinnerware.

ETA: Corelle is NOT lead free.
