I am in the final phases of preparing a business proposal for a child care facility that would be available for "drop off" or "drop in" care here in Evansville. As part of that, I am asked to provide evidence that it is something that is needed and/or wanted in the area. Basically it would be available for backup if your childcare was temporarily unavailable or if you just wanted to run errands,had appointments, needed evening care, etc. (drop off) Also it would be available for you to come with your child to just play together in the facility (drop-in)
This is just a general run down of what the services would include. So if you would be interested in using a facility like this and/or you have specific suggestions or comments, please let me know.

I think that is a wonderful idea!! I really like the "drop-in" part because my daughter is a little shy at new places. If she could get familiar with her surroundings with me there a few times, it would make it easier in the future to be able to use the "drop-off" feature!! Very nice idea!! Good Luck!!
That would be really awsome. Question though...would it be open around the clock or just during normal business hours? Being a stay at home mother of 3. It would be nice to be able to drop off my girls before going to the store! I'm sure you understand the frustrations there. LOL
I think this is a great idea. I would love to have a place I could drop off my son so that I could run errands or go to the store without a screaming baby in the backseat. I have no one here in town who can watch my son for a short amount of time while I run errands, etc. and I could use a facility like this one.
yes this is a good thing to have b/c when you don't have family in town for you to drop your kids off on then you can put them in a daycare just for that little time and get the stuff done that you need done. yes do this b/c people do need this kind of place.
