Try texasmls.com - it's great! Sometimes there are homes on here that aren't on realtor.com and vice versa. I would do both.

What kind of property search are you wanting?

Real Estate? If so, www.realtor.com or www.ebby.com will have the DFW area.

Tax info? Depends on the county. www.dallascad.org is the Central Appraisal District for Dallas County. www.collincad.org is the CAD for Collin County. www.kaufman-cad.org is for Kaufman County and www.tad.org is for Tarrant County.

For something like foreclosures, I'd go to www.hud.gov and search from there. Any foreclosure listing website will likely either charge you or spam your email for all of eternity (or both).

A., I am a real estate agent and I can pull various property reports depending on the information you are looking for. What type of property search report were you looking for? I can pull foreclosure lists in particular areas for you if that is what you are looking for-I know they charge for these on the internet as I have purchased many foreclosures for myself as investments. I can also pull tax records and ownership history reports. Is this helpful? Give me a call and let me know what you are looking for. If I can help, I would be happy to assist!

I work with property taxes and I have a website that you can visit. As mentioned below you can visit an appraisal district's website to search for properties for free. In case the property you are looking for is in another county not mentioned you can visit the following website that gives a list of all within Texas. The website address is: http://appraisaldistrict.net/ - you can search by county, city, and zipcode. It will give you the website address of the appraisal district that handles that particular area so you can then search for the property. If you need any help, please let me know. This is pretty much what I do for a living. I do tax research and provide tax certificates for title companies. Good luck and don't hesitate to contact me if you need assistance!

Try realtor.com for your property search.
I also like cindyruppert.com for my local area because when you double click on the photos, they are quite big and easy to see the detail. Neither site requires subscribing. I have been known to fill out their blanks with the name of "Just Looking" and use my real e-mail address to obtain the link to their site. It's a hassle though.
Good luck to you in your search!

If you're talking about homes, use realtor.com. They're the best, next to MLS which can only be accessed by realtors.

Go to http://www.ebby.com/properties/properties.shtml. This is the easiest and best website to search for properties. You can search by almost anything...zip code, schools, size, amenities. It's wonderful and shows all the listings -not just homes listed with Ebby Halliday. I used it often and it helped me find my perfect home.

Hey, A.. Go to nbc5i.com, go to left side of screen and find House & Home, click on that and scroll down to enter in the zip code of the homes you are looking into.

Hope this helps,
