Any good ideas for a present for a 7 year old boy? I'm not sure on what to get him....He has always liked Thomas and Animals. I would need to send something to CT. He's very creative.....

What can I do next?

What about an arts and craft kit. They have great ones at Target.

Yvonne had some great ideas. I went to a 6 year old's birthday party this weekend with my kids. We actually got him how to draw books because he really likes drawing, as does his dad. We also got him a transformer because his mom said he's really into transformers now, so you could ask his mom if he's into anything in particular like that as well.

Hi!
The big gift of the year that all the kids (6-12) have been asking for is a Webkinz. If you're not familiar with it, it's a stuffed pet that has a code. When you go to Webkinz world online the kids use the code to create a world for their pet. There are games, puzzles,etc...and they get to manage money as they create their rooms. There's something for all types of kids. If you go to www.webkinz.com you can find the stores that carry them. Most stores are Hallmarks. Good luck!

My son loves to draw and loves animals. I have given him(he's 8) How to draw books on various subjects as well as crayons, colored pencils, drawing pads, and a case to carry them all in so he can take them to go. He loves it!! If he's creative what about some simple model car kits or other type of build it kits.

I like the idea of the simple building kits and science kits. My 7 year old boy just had a birthday, and he got from various people, legos (a knights kit) and Schleich knights figures, sports-related stuff, walkie-talkies, a Webkinz stuffed animal (check with parents first! - it's sort of like Beanie Babies with an Internet social site, but he really likes it.) He also got a couple of toys from Air Hogs, which have been very popular on playdates. One is the remote control mini-helicopter, and one is an air-powered rocket-type toy.
