Preschool for My 2.5 Yr Old in West Milford, NJ

I am looking for a great preschool/daycare to send my 2 1/2 yr old daughter to. I am expecting my second daughter in September and would like to send my first daughter to preschool a couple days a week for a few hours/day. It would give me a chance to get ready for the new baby, spend time with the new baby and I think she would really enjoy it. She loves to interact with other kids and seems very ready for school. I will also be going back to work full time after the new year and may need to send my older daughter to day care full time if her grandparents find it difficult to mange 2 kids. Any recommendations for schools in West Milford or Greenwood Lake would be much appreciated!
Thanks : )

I own and operate my Preschool in Pompton Lakes, it's not that far from West Milford. I had one of my Pre-K students from West Milford and she continues to come in the summer. I have a great program for Preschool and the Pre-K program and my rates are very affordable. Please visit my website at: www.littleachieverschilddevelopmentcenter.com
My website will tell you about about the school and each age group. If you have any questions you can fill out a Request for Child Enrollment and I will contact you as soon as I can. My Preschool program is starting to fill up, so if you are interested, please contact me as soon as you can.

Thank you and best of luck.

Hi J.,

I have a few to recommend, they're all pre-schools my friends have sent their children to. I've lived in West Milford for six and a half years and love it, hope that you do too. I've sent both of my older girls to the playschool program provided by the high school, it's M, W and F, but for only an hour and a half, the best part is it's only $10 a month!!!! They follow the state of NJ's curriculum for preschools, so you're getting everything for a fraction, but it's short. If that sounds interesting to you, e mail me at ____@____.com. I've heard very good things about Children's Castle over in Bearfort, a bit pricey but you can set your own hours I believe as well as Agape across from DQ. I know at Agape you're able to send your child for just a few hours a day and you pay by the hour. The Apple Montessori school on Macopin is good, but VERY expensive, I believe it's upwards of $500 a month for half days. A ton of people I know swear by Hillcrest on Macopin, that's also very affordable. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to get in touch. Good luck with the new baby, we just had our third nine months ago.

I am sure that someone has already advised you on the two great places. One is Precious Years and the other is Childrens Castle. Both are super.
