Busey Center is a really good early childhood center. I agree with the other "Moms" who said you should try to send your daughter there and maybe find a daycare center that can pick her up there for the afternoon.

Hi Lakisha,

The only one that I know of is Bussey Center...You might want to look into daycares part-time. That's exactly what I do. In the morning my two younger children (3 & 4 soon to be 5 year old) goes to a daycare called "Just like Mommy's home" in Southfield and she drives them to the Bussey Center for afternoon class. She only charge's $55 part-time 20 - less hours and $110 full-time. No extra charge for taking them to school or meals. I must say that I think they learn more in the daycare than in school. I am very impressed by her daycare. My son knows his months, days of the week, can spell each month, can count to 100, knows his address & phone number. I can go on & on. I know I went on & on but Good Luck!

Hi L.. My daughter is at Tutor Time in Farmington. It is on Orchard Lake between 10 and 11 Mile. The center is great and they have all day programs for $182/wk. They also have a kindergarten program so you would not have to move her at that time and once they start school, the Tutor Time bus will pick them up and bring them back for after school care up until around 3rd grade. It works best for me because I am setting myself up for a few years! Good luck.
