I took a prenatal yoga class at Solar Yoga Center in U City from a wonderful lady, Silvia and loved it! Here is the link to their classes and phone number:
http://www.solaryogastl.org/classschedule.htm.
It doesn't list prenatal yoga on their current schedule but I think she puts the class together when there's enough interest. The class was small and intimate and Silvia does some doula work too so she places alot of emphasis on connection to your baby and preparation for labor. I highly recommend it!! And it's TOTALLY affordable...$8 per class I believe!

Big Bend Yoga offers prenatal classes, here's a link: http://www.bigbendyoga.com/newclass-pregancy.html. I don't see the dates for the next class listed, but there's an e-mail address there you can try. I didn't end up taking this, but I know I e-mailed the teacher to ask a couple of questions, and she responded right away. This place is basically in downtown Webster Groves, so pretty convenient to most parts of Crestwood I think. As far as a general fitness center, the Webster YMCA is very nice, we just started taking our 6-month-old daughter to swim classes there, but it looks like they have a lot of good stuff. But there are probably places that are cheaper. Good luck!

Hi Kesa, I would love to introduce you to my Health and Fitness Center for Women. We are independently owned and just celebrated our first year in business. Flex Health & Fitness is located at the corner of Big Bend and Dougherty Ferry so we are only about ten minutes from Crestwood. We offer lots of options and very few rules. Fitness memberships, classes such as Yoga (our version is called Flex n' Flow) but is taught by a certified Yoga instructor. We have terrific women as memebrs and also have terrific women that work here. Please give me a call at your convenience and we can set up a time for you to stop by. My phone# at Flex is ###-###-#### and you can check us out on the web at www.flexstl.com. Cannot wait to hear from you! K.

I don't know about a studio, but I bought a dvd called Fit Pregnancy by Tracy Mallet. I had never done pilates or yoga, but she incorporates them into one workout. I liked it!
