I had some very bad stomach cramps and sharp pains in my stomach a few days ago. This happened about 6 months ago and my doctor did some tests and said it was "probably" intestinal spasms...the pills he gave me worked. Well, they didn't work this time. Almost 2 days later I got my period (I think) but it was early. I'm not sure how early because I haven't been keeping track but somewhere between a 4 days and a week early. It just didn't seem right. My periods are generally light and last about 3 days. Well, day 2 was really heavy...like back when I was a teenager kind of heavy. Then day 3 was normal. But then I had a little spotting day 4 and five...which is a little odd. Today is day 5. On Sunday I slept all day . I just couldn't get up. My friends at work have noticed the last 2 days that mu breast look bigger. I don't know what to make of it. I feel stupid going to buy a pregnancy test when I just had my period.
I don't take birth control, but I haven't in over 8 years. We have our "method" and it has worked for us with no problems ever. Got pregnant first try and no accidents when we weren't trying.
If it was implantation bleeding shouldn't it be lighter? Early miscarriage? Tubal? Nothing at all and I'm just a nut?
What do you all think?

I've had a tubal pregnancy and wouldn't wish that on anyone! I started spotting early and it continued for about 10 days before I lost the baby to surgery. I thought that I was on my period, and had no idea why I felt the need to take a test, but I did, and it came back positive. Besides the bleeding, I didn't have the severe symptoms until I was about 5-6 weeks along. My symptoms included spotting, cramping on one side (not both), and it got so bad that I had to call 911 and be taken by ambulance.
Your symptoms don't lead me to conclude a tubal or ectopic pregnancy, but if you have any concerns I strongly urge you to take a test and call your doc. asap. I wish the best for you!

I would definitely get to my doctor and have some tests done, including a sonogram/ultrasound. I had an ectopic pregnancy in which my HCG count was going up but not as it should and I was bleeding all the time. They finally had the hospital perform a more intensive ultrasound and saw that my tube was stretched to about 5 cm. I never had cramping or anything, just the bleeding. I am happy to say that even with one good tube (the other had to be removed)I have two beautiful children who are such blessings in my life.

Everyone is different though so don't panic. Just make sure you are being followed up by your doctor with proper testing and such. Meanwhile, we will all be praying for you.

It could possibly be a tubal or cyst. Regardless, if these symptoms vary much from your standard, you should call your doctor! Please call!
