Thank you to everyone who commented on my last question and in taking them into heart i took a test a little over a week ago and it came up negative. My new question is that my test came up neggative so i assume my hormones are normal or at least getting there. But my symptoms are getting worse. I have the lower back pain and tender breasts again. I have been feeling sick and am kinda confused. i don't know if i should contact my dr. or just take another test in a week? what do you think i should do?

What can I do next?

i did not read your other question but it depends on if you are late and how late it could take a week or two after you have missed your period for the test to come back possotive you could always go to your dr and have a blood test done to see if anything is out of whack or the possibility of being pregnant

I would contact your doctor anyway and discuss your symptoms. Even if you're not pregnant, your body is a bit out of whack. He/she should be able to help you with that.

Sounds like you could have had a cyst on your ovary causing all this. I would go to the dr so he can determine if you need an u/s to see if there is a problem three or if hte cyst will go away on your own. etc good luck, I have all these symptoms but it is my endometriosis that causes it usually and sometimes i have a cyst from pcos. I would go to the dr to rule things out. hang in there!

I'd always opt for contacting the doctor instead of self diagnosing. Good luck.

I agree with Torrie...I know I took a test with my current one (that I'm expecting) at day 35 (and I ovulate every 28) and it was negative, then I took one at day 40 and it was positive...so I ovulated late that month. I also know that a friend of mine told me that regular (pee on the stick) tests wouldn't work for her, she had to get the blood test each time.

You should take a test in the morning... Don't drink anything... Women have something in their urin and it is more concintated in the morning. I tell you this because that's what was happening with me when I was taking the test in the afternoon and evening, so I took it in the morning and right away I saw that (+) sign. I think you should try that first then go to the doctor... Hope this works!!
