My son will be 3 on Oct.21 & is NOT yet potty trianed. That is an issue that we are working on. My question, does anyone know of a pre-school that would take a child that is NOT potty trined? Looking for hope in this long process & thinking pre-school might help. I have talked to a few schools & the child MUST BE POTTY TRAINED!!!! Austin tells me when it's too late, but I guess it's better than nothing at all. Any idea's on pre-school or even idea's on potty training would be GREAT.
P.S. Cheerios DONT work.

Did you ever think of a Home Day Care? They will potty train and prepare for Kindergarten at the same time. I have alot of success in my Day Care with Potty training. If interested you may view my website. www.lilputs.com. Good Luck

I all out bribed my little one. M&M's work wonders! You could try doing play dates with potty trained friends and have them "show off" their awesome peepee skills to your son. I did that with my daughter too.

My daughter goes to Kid's Korner at Northwood Presbyterian Church. They don't have to be potty trained until they are in the 3 year old class. The 3 year old class means they turn 4 during that school year, so technically, even though your son will be 3 soon, he would be in the 2 year old class. The 2 year old class (we already have 3 year olds in the class) don't have to be potty trained and they even work with the parents to potty train them. Just make sure when you are calling, you are telling them that he is just turning 3 and would probably be in the 2 yr class, because maybe they think he should be in the 3 year class and then have to be potty trained. Good luck!

I do not know where you are but Kreative Kids is in Seminole. They do not have to be trained there. They will help them.

Hello, my son was the same way and was not fully potty trained until he was 4! Boys don't care if they are wet like girls do (in most cases)! We used to try everything and nothing worked! You just have to put regular underwear on him during the day at home and let him wet himself a few times and he will get the point! Pull-ups absorb and don't give the same feeling as it runnung down there leg. I know it sounds bad but it works! We also gave him a quarter everytime he went pee-pee and 2 quarters everytime he doo-doo! But schools try to be strick but they are not aloud to discriminate due to one's abilities or disabilities! I had my son in daycare the whole time! You may need to go to a regular daycare that has a pre-school class within the daycare! Hope this helps a little!
