Prang Water Colors?

They don't have to be the prang brand, it's just like crayola it's just a name most people are familiar with. More then likely what is going to happen is the paints, crayons, pencils, etc will go into a community pile and it is all shared, or at least when my kids were in the lower grades that's how it worked. I'd not worry about trying to find that brand name and just buy what you can find.

I just bought them yesterday for my girls at the walmart in Olathe on 135th st. They didn't have very many packs so we had to really look for them.

Only place that I found them were at Micheals. I also looked at Joanns and Hobby Lobby, but they did not have them.

Have you tried The Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Big Lots...I found lots of things for the kids at all of these places last year MORE so than at Wal-Mart and Target.
Check 'em out!

Check at Price Chopper, or Walgreens! I have gotten them there before! Good Luck

We bought ours at the Supply Closet (teachers' suppy store) in Gladstone, we also found them later at the Walmart on 29 north

U.S. Toy on 435 & State Line has just about every kind of art supply. They supply schools and teachers, so they are pretty reasonable. I wonder why they have to have that brand?

Our school always used to specify prang or crayola....I ignored this one year b/c of the huge price difference....BUt shortly after school started my dd brought hers home complaining....And after I used them, I could see a difference. So I would recommend getting the Crayola brand if you can't find the Prang.

Our school pared down their list this year and I guess they use these so little they aren't on the list.....

The one at 103rd & Metcalf should be Mardel's. If not, Mardel's is the one you will want. I think they MIGHT be cheaper than US Toy but not 100% sure. That is where I am going for my daughter's Prang paint on my next paycheck. :)

I found Prang watercolors at the Walmart in Roeland Park last weekend! They were in one of the two aisles of school supplies near the front of the store. Good luck!

My son also needs these paints but I'm just going to buy the crayola brand. My husband doesn't think that they will care so I'll see. S.

There is an art supply shop on 103rd and Metcalf. I cant remember their name off hand, but they have been around forever... they might have them!

Or maybe even hobby lobby or Michael's.
