Hello all! I'd like to get some family pictures done of me, hubby and our 2 year old. Believe it or not we've NEVER had "real" pictures taken, just whatever I managed to snap as time went by. So I have no idea if there is even an affordable, good place to go. All I can think of is Sears or Pennys but has anyone been happy with them? Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks so much!
We've always used Picture People are the majority of the time are very happy with them. They are a bit more expensive that Sears or Penney's, but try to get one of their coupons and it's really worth it. I've always gotten plenty of good pictures to choose from, plus you can get them the same day you get the photos taken.
The Picture People are great, but you'd have to go to Dover, DE. They do an awesome job! I had them done at Penneys and got a young girl w/zero patience for a baby. Photos didn't turn out so great. She didn't spend much time w/us either.
We went to Sears for our Christmas pics and to tell you the truth I was very unhappy how they came out. When I am in the pic I can't see what the "photographer" is choosing. For my kids pictures I could have more of a say. I went to JC Penny once and HATED the pics. Good luck in where you choose to go.
We go to the Kiddie Kandids studio inside babies R Us. My Husband, myself and our children have done family pictures there. We have always liked the pics. They are not cheap but they do have packages that make them not so bad.
