Pools for the Summer

I need a new pool for our backyard. I ideally want something that is easy to set up every time we want to use it, but I would also like something big enough that my kids can actually swim a little bit (they are 2 and 4).

Recommendations?

What can I do next?

Intex 42" height 15ft round. We had that pool for 4 summers (then we moved and didn't take it with us). My kids learned to swim in that pool (they were 2, 4 and 7 ish when we got it and it was the PERFECT size for them to learn). The 2yr old couldn't stand in the pool at first, but could within a summer or two. And not being able to stand actually got her swimming pretty quickly. I LOVED having that pool.

We've had the Intex pools for many years, and I highly recommend them. We started out with a 12' round with the inflatable ring and worked our way up. The pool lasts about 3 years.

Make sure you get one with a filter.
It must be on level ground.

We have this one for one more year - then we will switch to something bigger. It's easy enough to set up and take down, sturdy enough that is hasn't leaked in 2 years, and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, but not so big to be scary while they are learning to swim. The kids love it (ages 4 and 2 1/2).

We have had intex pools for many years. One of them lasted at least 7 years. They are wonderful! You can buy a bigger one as the kids get older. We now have the 18x48 and love it! This year we are getting the sand filter, i hear they work wonders.
