How do you go about selling a pool table?
Tried ebay, tried craigslist, tried other moms groups...YES, it's still in the house...
We just don't use the darn thing anymore!

I have a friend who may be interested. He has been looking for a pool table. Please email me with what brand, size, type of design, and how much. Do you have a photo? Email that as well if you have it. Aloha! C. P.

I know you probably don't want to hear it, but maybe going down on the price will help you sale it...and I would stick to craigslist...it will eventually sale. Good Luck

Hi G., my brother works for Universal Billiards; he told me they will buy pool tables. He did say though that they won't pay as much as a personal-person-type buyer would (sounds funny but whatever) because of course Universal Billiards has to resell it. He was suprised yours hasn't sold on Craigslist; that was his first suggestion.

Best of luck,

K. H

I would think that Craigslist would be the best option because it is local and whoever buys the table will have to pick it up and move it -or pay a professional mover to move it, which costs around $200. How much are you selling it for, if you don't mind me asking? Keep in mind that a good time to list will be February and March, since a lot of people will be getting income tax returns and have a little extra money to spend on a big item like this. You might want to add the info to a reputable mover in your add also. Sunshine Pools & Billiards in Forney have professional pool table movers and are very reasonable. I bought a pool table off craigslist a while back. I wouldn't mind upgrading to a nicer table though. This one needs some work. I got it because it was all I could afford at the time. Also, you might send emails to friends/contacts with pictures, etc. and ask them to forward to anyone that might be interested. If you want you can send pics and info to ____@____.com and I will forward to all my contacts and ask them to forward to anyone that might be interested also. Good luck.
