I got this information from Hasbro's website. Hope it works!

When attempting to remove PLAY-DOH compound do NOT use hot water or cleaning solutions of any kind.

To remove PLAY-DOH compound from carpets or fabrics, allow it to dry completely, then loosen with a stiff brush. It may be necessary to vacuum clean or also wash with gentle soap and cold water.

You may need to repeat the process in order to completely remove the PLAY-DOH compound.

Playdoh will dry out and when it does you can pick it out. if that doesn't work you can use a little Windex on the spot and it should come up.

I just did this yesterday! I sprayed oxy-clean on the carpet and worked it up with a kitchen scraper. Good luck!

I let it dry, scrape it, then vaccum it, if it leaves a little spot I just get some carpet cleaner and give it a little rub and it is gone, I love play-doy, but it is messy, Santa just brought my little ones moon sand, works like play doh but all you do is vacuum it up.

Go to www.ehowto.com they will have the answer! I used this when my daughter spilled a whole bottle of glue on our new carpet--you'd never know it now!
