I highly recommend Susanne Lockhart of North Texas Dermatology. www.northtexasderm.com Her office is located in Plano at 5805 Coit Road. She is friendly and professional. I've been going there 3 years. I was referred to her by another friend. It does take about a month to get in for a first-time appointment, so make your appointment as soon as possible.

We have found that it can be very difficult to find a dermatologist who is accepting new patients in Plano. Fortunately, a friend recommend Dr. Bryan Selkin most highly and we have been very pleased. He is Harvard-educated, very well informed regarding the latest in dermatology and accepts a variety of insurance. Here is his info:

Dermatology Center of Plano
5509 Pleasant Valley Drive, Suite 60
Plano, Texas 75023

Also--I find Dr. Selkin and his staff to be excellent whether working with children or adults. His office is located near Spring Creek and Custer in Plano.

We actually saw his PA Christi, who is EXTREMELY awesome. My daughter has severe eczema and had it head to toe. Last Feb we brought her to the Pediatric Dermatology in Grapevine and she was a God sent. We HIGHLY recommend her.

I recently went to Dr. Matthew Barrow's office in Allen, TX. He has a McKinney office too. This office was near 75 and McDermot. I really liked everyone in their office. I didn't see Dr. Barrow's, I saw one of the PA's. Matt something. Very NICE. I would definately recommend their practice.
