Hi all,
I want to try out a marshmallow recipe that calls for plain gelatin. I've looked at Dominicks and cant seem to find it. I looked alongside where the flavored gelatin if shelved and didn't see it.
Can you bakers suggest where I may find some?

Thanks,
F.

I know that Eurofresh in Palatine has this be/ I bought it there for this recipe and probably Joe Caputo in Arl Hts, too. Try one of the Fresh Market-type places.

As someone else mentioned - the brand name to look for is Knox. I believe it's usually an orange and white box of packets. My mom used this stuff to boost Jello into wigglers. :-)
