Hi J.. I am definitely not a medical professional, but I wanted to respond to your post. I haven't heard anything about a pink patch, but I wanted to let you know about a safe, highly effective, and all natural, Vegan weight loss system that I've used and love. It's called Arbonne Figure 8 Weight Loss Program. I highly recommend this as a method to effectively, healthfully and naturally lose weight. It includes fiber and protein shakes, detox tea, weight loss chews which act as natural appetite suppressants and energy enhancers, and dietary supplements that also suppress your appetite.
Arbonne also has a website designated just for those trying to lose weight with this system. It's great because it allows you to communicate with others using the system. You can also get recipe ideas and success tips on the site. It's all available to you with the purchase of the system.
You can try it, and if for some reason you feel it isn't for you, Arbonne has a 45-day money back guarantee! If you're interested or would like to try some FREE samples before you buy, please feel free to contact me at: ____@____.com or ###-###-####. Or you can visit my website at: www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com. Good luck finding something that works for you!

Sincerely,

I have not heard of the Pink Patch either but I have had some success with Alli. It is the over the counter weight loss program you can get at any drug store. I have followed thier program and have lost 37 pounds since July. It is easy to use and I did not have any negative treatment effect.

Hi J.,
I have dieted many times due to 3 pregnancies and gaining more than 50lbs. each time. I have lost it all every single time with nothing but hard work. Weight Watchers is great with their on line points tracker. Or you can use some free on line resources. www.sparkspeople.com and www.fitday.com. Fitday allows you to enter your food and come up with calorie / fat / and all that good stuff. Sparks people allow you to keep track and journal as well. I don't believe in anything like a patch to loose weight. If it worked, why are there so many overweight people around? Good luck!

Hi J. and good luck to you. I read all your responces. Ive done years of dietary teaching for cardiac patients. I've found the best diet is a overall lifestyle change. Look on line or at the library for "low glycemic index" Its a life change, a new way to look at food and understand it. Its everyday food. Healthy meats, low fat cheeses. Healthy bread etc... Its not low carb or low fat. If you shop at health conscious stores you'll find Luna bars for women. They are low glycemic ,just to give you one example.I recommend it. You wont drop weight overnight. You'll lose weight gradually and keep it off. Whats more important is youll be healthier. Im also not agaisnt any aggressive diet to lose a quick 10 pounds or so of prego weight. Good luck.

I totally agree about Weight Watchers. The first time I did it I lost 64 lbs. without excercing. I promote this everywhere because I love it. I ended up having another baby and this time I have to lose almost 100 lbs, so I am back at it. But it is easy if you are determined to lose the weight. You can eat what you want, and you can excercise or not. You can have bad days and there is wonderful support groups that help you with ideas.

They now have a monthly pass that is $39.95/mo. With it you can go to as many meetings as you want, and have access to the information and help on-line.

I have tried many diets and this is the only one that has stuck with me and that I know works. With or without excercise. Like the other member said, it is just a lifestyle change. Good luck.

It looks to me like it just contains natural herbs and supplements you could take on your own without forking over cash for the patch.

I've struggled with my weight for years, and I can tell you that these things are mostly get rich quick schemes for the manufacturers.

The best diet out there is Weight Watchers or something that teaches you how to eat properly. Try to find something that doesn't eliminate any food groups but teaches you healthy habits. In the long run, that's what your body needs.
