I am a photographer looking for some really pretty places to do outdoor photo sessions. with the exception of the aboretum, I really need places in the Plano, Frisco, Carrolton, Lewisville, Denton, Celina, etc..area. any and all suggestions would be helpful.
Check out duranphotography.com. His specialty is weddings but he also does wonderful portraits both indoor and outdoor. He is located in Corinth, just south of Denton. He did some portrait shots for me and they came out great!

What kind of photography do you do? I just had a baby in July and we're wanting to do Christmas pics. I am looking around for the best deals.
There is a park in Richardson called Prairie Creek Park, it is on Campbell just west of 75 Central Expressway near Collins Street. It has a beautiful waterfall and I've seen a lot of lovely pictures taken there.
My husband used to live in Arlington and says they have the best park. Good luck!
you might try Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano. I'm not sure what type of photo opps there are, but it's worth a look.
