Does anyone know of a great photographer around the Austin/Round Rock area? I am looking for someone to take family pictures outside somewhere. I have never liked the look of posed in studio pictures. Thank you!
My husband does photography. His company is Studio 3087. Their website is going through a makeover but you can still view some of his portrait work there. He does his best work with outside portraits! OK, I am biased :)

My family uses Amy Brown (www.amykbrown.com.) She is terrific and takes wonderful shots - both posed and lots of 'in-the-moment' ones. We adore her. And her pricing structure is fantastic. For a sitting fee ($100, I believe) she takes a ton of pictures of the family, individuals, pairs, etc. and then gives you the cd with all of the images. Then you can get your own prints as you choose from whoever (Snapfish, HEB, etc.) Really awesome pics at a price that works!
Also, a very reputable and awesome photographer is Teri Mason, who is out of Georgetown. She is on the higher end, but does incredible work. www.masonphoto.net
Check out http://www.brandinellis.com/. She will come to your house or meet you anywhere to take pictures. She has done my children since birth and I have some amazing shots. Well worth the money! And she is resonably priced too!
