Ok, I'm not quite sure how to word this, so I'm sorry if it come out really blunt.
You know how you basically have your period as soon as you have the baby? How long is that supposed to last for?
Also, my flow has gotten a little heavier the past few days (not as much as when I first had her, but more bleeding than there's been the past week).
I had a doctors appointment last week and there's no infection and my stitches are healing quite nicely, so is it normal for your flow to change consistancy like that?
Your flow will change with the activity level that you are doing. After I had my daugther my period lasted about 2 weeks. Some days were light some days I was really heavy. So it is normal for what you are going through. But if you are really concerned then i would call the nurse at your doctors office just to reasure your self.
If your flow is getting heavier then you are probably doing to much. Mine always last about 6 weeks. Everyone is different. But the flow getting heavy tells you that you are overdoing it and need to slow down and enjoy the baby!

Mine lasted about 2 weeks and I didn't not get another period for about 5mos ( I was breastfeeding). However, heavy flow can be a sign that you are being too physically active. I would consult with your doctor if you are concerned.
I also bled for about 6 weeks after the birth of my son. I then had a week break & had my first actual period since the baby. My flow was heavier than a normal period almost the whole time & it would get heavy & then light & back & forth.
