I'm happy with dr. susan Kutchner at Pediatric Specialties on Prospect. (They've all been good there)

I also go to Pedimedica in Teaneck, They are all wonderful there. My son was seeing Dr. Stravinski for his first few visits, but now we see Dr. Fisch. They are both wonderful caring doctors!

Good luck with your search.

I have been using Dr Rappaport on Main Ave (right off of Willow Ave) in Hackensack, NJ
The office is called FESPA (?? I think)...###-###-####.
They are excellent...there is a team of Doctors in the office, all are great but Dr. Rappaport is wonderful with little babies. She is always very playful and very cheery. My kids love her.

Check them out and congrats on the new baby. Enjoy because they grow up toooo fast!

Congratulations to you! My daughter is 21 months old. I take her to Peadiatric Specialties on Prospect Ave in Hackensack. The office is located in the Frontenac builing one block away from Hackensack Hospital. I am very happy with them. There are 5 doctors in the practice. I use Dr. Steven Materesky. He is young and has 2 small children of his own. So he is up to date with things, as is all the other doctors in the practice. The phone number is ###-###-####. Good Luck to you!!

I also gave birth at Hackensack (you're going to LOVE the new maternity wing!!=)) Great gourmet food and WONDERFUL staff!! Anyway, we went with Hackensack Pediatrics (Dr. Mona Tantawi). There are pros and cons. The cons are we only saw Dr. Tantawi a few times during his first few months of life and then after we had different doctors because they worked better with our schedule. The pros are they are ALL great doctors and you can usually get an appointment any time you need because there is always someone there. Another pro with the office is the office is split up into "sick child area" and "well baby area" so the sick are not mixed in with the healthy kids who are there for their shots or check-ups.

I highly recommend it but if you want your child to see the same doctor all the time, it's probably not the place for you. I am very happy though, overall.
Good luck!
