Hi there. You will really like Frisco. Good family community. I really like my OB/GYN Dr. Dennis Eisenberg with Women Specialist's. He's so wonderful and his office staff is really friendly. He has an office in Frisco and Plano. Dr. Kathleen Stokes is our pediatrican in Frisco. She's very good, tells you like it is. Good luck!

I don't know of any doctors in that area but if you change your mind about cities I know a couple of great pedis in Highland Village, Grapevine, and Flower Mound.

I love my OB/GYN and pediatrician. They are both in Plano ( very near Frisco ) and right next to the Medical Center of Plano hospital.

He really cares about his patients and he delivers all of his babies ( so you don't have to worry about getting some stranger when you deliver )

I see Dr. Katz, but I think he might not be accepting any new patients. Dr. McDonald is his partner and we've seen him a couple of times and he's great too.

Hi B. - Welcome to Texas!

I am 13 weeks pregnant and just transferred to a new OBGYN in Frisco - Dr. Suzette Boyd. Her office is at the intersection of Warren and Legacy which will be close to wherever you find a home in Frisco. I just love Dr. Boyd. She has three children herself and is very easy to talk to. I know several people that go to her, including a labor and delivery nurse that delivers her babies. All highly recommend her.

Welcome to the area. We were transferred with GE Capital (on the JcPenny team) to Frisco in May 2004. You will love it here!

My pediatrian is off the Dallas North Tollway at Parker which is between Addison & Frisco. It is Willow Bend Pediatrics at ###-###-####. We see Kimberly Mehendale but all the doctors (two others) are great. We were at the their office within 12 hours of driving here from Atlanta. They took my daughter (who was 15-months old at the time) in the same day and treated her great. My older daughter is now almost 3 and I have a 3-month old. They also have a nurse line where they can answer any questions.

Since I just had a baby I can recommend a mid-wife (Jeanne Sullivan). She is with Shimer & Shimer OB/GYN. It is a husband & wife team, along with 2 other female doctors & the midwife. They deliver at Centennial (located off 121 & Coit in north Frisco), Presby-Allen (new upgraded facility) & McKinney Medical Center. There web site is http://www.drshimer.com/home. Depending on where you live in Frisco they might be a little too far for you. I will say that my experience was great. Jeanne is like one of the family. She has 3 daughters of her own and would tell me (off the record) what she would do in my shoes. My daughter went to every appointment with me & loved seeing Ms. Jeanne so they are child friendly.
