I have a daughter who is almost 5 months old and I am looking for overnight care every other Saturday. My husband and I go out once every other week to dance, play, etc... Drop-off would be around 9pm and pick-up would be by 10am. Ideally I would like to find a hands on caregiver who has experience with infants... possibly even an infant around the same age, so that the home is already baby ready. I am not closed minded to the idea of a mature teenager baby-sitting IF their is an adult (who has experience with infants) will be in the home at all times to basically supervise and be there in case of an emergency. I am also willing to consider swapping babysitting every other Saturday night for another couple in a similar position.

I may be able to help you out on this. We've had many children sleep over here and I've been a nanny most of my life. I'm 32 and have a 10-month-old son.
