Hello ladies!
I am wondering is it possible to find safe, organic and in the same time inexpensive cosmetics and make-up?

What can I do next?

You cannot go wrong with www.evansgarden.com Many places that say they are "All-Natural" are not...like Melaleuca & Arbonne. Even's garden is undisputably ALL that you seek!

Yes, it is!!

I buy my skin care from a company that sells Nicole Miller skin care and cosmetics. Actually, she had been a customer of the company for a number of years, and approached them about helping her develop a line of cosmetics that are SAFER, as well as more natural.

You can check it out (and the other product lines, too) at www.livetotalwellness.com/J.. My personal email is ____@____.com, and my phone # is ###-###-####. If you should call my home and get my voice mail, just drop me an email with the best time to get back in touch with you, as I always check my email messages faster than my voice mail.

Blessings!

you want cosmetics that are perservative free -- you need to use jane iredale line...or most anything bare minerals.
Be careful about your lipstick selections (mac, etc. - they all contain the perservative lanolin among other preservatives, to make them long wearing).....I recently switched for numerous reasons.....

I use bare minerals. It only has a few ingrediants. It is a little expensive, but it lasts a long time. 4 plus months, depending on how often you wear it. I have also tried sheer cover. I liked that also but prefer the bare minerals. Sheer cover is a little cheaper and lasts a while, but the bare minerals last longer. You can check out their websites. www.bareminerals.com and www.sheercover.com

I went to Whole Foods in San Antonio this weekend and bought some wonderful products from Zuzu Luxe. You can find them at gabrielcosmeticsinc.com and Kiss My Face lip balm (which is sweet and glossy, not Chapsticky!). Sun Harvest also carries organic/natural lip balms, etc. There's also Origins at Dillard's.

It's absolutely possible I.! And I have to add, it needn't be expensive either. You can research skin care and cosmetics online to find safe organic companies! There are hundreds out there.
Please beware of the chemical preservatives in many popular brands. They are in hundreds of products, and there ARE natural alternatives.

Hello Ivana H.,

I also have an organic cosmetic line, called Forever Living Products Sonya Colour Collection. All aloe-based cosmetic line. I'm sure you know of the benefits of aloe vera? More than likely, nothing is better as far as cosmetics, because aloe is so good for the skin in that our line also contain jojoba & avocado oils. Jojoba and Avocado oils are organic. Jojoba oil is derived from the Jojoba plant that is found in desert regions. The oil found in this plant is very similar to sebum, which is the oil that our bodies secrete. Jojoba oil is used in our cosmetics and also in many of our personal care and skin care products. This oil is very compatible with our natural oils that our body's secretes. This way the products will not dry or age our skin. Avocado oil is derived from the Avocado fruit also making it organic. This oil is very well known for its regenerative and moisturizing properties. Very high in vitamin E which is a great antioxidant, which will protect the skin from the effects caused by aging. Understand that these types of oils are not used by all the cosmetic industries because they add cost to the product. Most cosmetic manufactures will use Mineral oil or animal proteins sometimes called UREA in their products. These oils are economical to use but they tend to damage the skin with long term use.

So I., I can send a brochure to you for you to view at your leisure. Let me know, please. Thank you.

D. P., LMT
