Pinecone Research is legit. If you message me your e-mail I can send you a registration link. I've been doing surveys with them for over a year and they always pay out. They occasionally send you free items to try as well.

Also check out kgb.com and ChaCha.com. I think they are both hiring right now. You get paid to answer questions that people send in. It's real easy as long as you know how to search for things on the net.

Most of the things that are scams require you to pay up front, but there are a few legit companies.

I worked for 2 years for www.alpineaccess.com an inbound call center that you answer from home... check them out. They pay an hourly rate and pay biweekly. They also offer some benefits

I have not done online, but I do work my own small Shaklee Business from home. I was very leary in the beginning too, but did some research with a few google searches, talked to the Distributor that sponsored me and went with my gut. All has turned out well and is very reputable. I made a good choice.

You started by asking the mamma's and that is good. Do google searches, check with the better business bureau and try to talk to others that are doing the same. Then go with your gut.

Good Luck!

Simply be wary... If it sounds too good to be true, it is probably a scam.

Read ALL fineprint.

I don't know much about the paying ones but I do Epoll.com and take about 5-10 surveys a month ranging from 100-750 points that u turn in for gift cards or paypal deposits... its not a lot I prob turn in about $25 worth every 3 months. But I figure hey that is $25 I didn't have... I have been doing it about 4 years now.

I wanted to work from home and was not able to find any that were worth the time and money paid. I am a Mary Kay Consultant and can make so much more and a lot less hours. It is great. If you have kids you can also work with your kids right by your side. It is great! If you would like more information let me know or you may attend a meeting with me and just see for yourself. No pressure at all. That is what I love about this and the company. Our meetings are on Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:30. Tonight is a special meeting so you would really get a great idea of the business. e-mail me at ____@____.com if you would like to attend.

I do online surveys for e-rewards, but you have to get an invite to participate. However, you get "paid" in points ($) which can be redeemed for airline miles, some giftcards, magazine subscriptions and other things. They do not pay out cash, so this can't be considered an online job.

Hi J.,

I did a TON of research when trying to find a way to earn a little income from home. What I finally found (and fell in love with) is a company called Work at Home United. WAHU is partnered with an A rated BBB company that has been in business for 21 years. It's the perfect opportunity to earn a little (or a lot over time) working from home. Check out the website if your interested.
